Baraat

BARAAT: “groom” in English.  In this traditional wedding procession, the groom is escorted to the site of the wedding. This event signifies the groom’s journey to unite with his bride and the bride’s family. Historically, the groom would travel miles from his residence to the bride’s. Expect a party; vibrant music and dancing as the group travels up the road to the wedding destination (approx. 400 m)

Location: Seely Pavilion (Outdoors)

Attire: Formal Indian Attire encouraged

While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our ceremonies and receptions twelve and up. Thank you for celebrating with us in this way
