Please RSVP as soon as possible, as we need to give our venues and vendors the final headcount. The latest we can accept a response is May 15th.

When do I need to RSVP?

No. We cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. The RSVP form will also confirm the listed guest names

Can I bring additional guests?

Kids can attend the Welcome Party and Haldi. While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make all other events twelve and up. Babysitting services may be arranged upon request; kindly note this service is not hosted and will be at guests’ expense. Thank you for celebrating with us in this way.

Please visit the Lodging section to explore booking options. We will provide a room block at the Renaissance Downtown Asheville,, which is 10 minutes from the Grove Park Inn. There will be a continuous shuttle service for events between the Renaissance and the Grove Park Inn.

Please refer to the Dress Code page for links to buy online. We think dressing up is a huge element in the excitement and energy of the events so we request you follow the dress code.

There will be a shuttle service that will continuously run from the Renaissance to the Omni Grove Park Inn. Valet is available at the Grove Park Inn for $45 and self-parking is approximately $15 for 1-3 hours; $25 for 3-6 hours; and $35 for 6-24 hours. We recommend taking advantage of the shuttle service or using Uber/Lyft. The Grove Park Inn is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

The Baraat, Shaadi, Christian Ceremony, and Saturday dinner will be outdoors. Please see the Timeline page for more information.

Yes, there will be assigned seating for the Sangeet and Saturday’s dinner. During the Shaadi and Christian Ceremony, there will be reserved seating in the front rows and open seating behind.

Asheville in September has highs in the 70s and 80s with an average high of 78 degrees Farenheit. Lows are in the 50s and 60s with an average low of 56 degrees FAHRENHEIT.

What can I expect in terms of food and alcohol?

Food and drinks will be complementary at every event. Thursday will have a mix of Indian food and Italian food. The cuisine on Friday will be Indian with plenty of vegetarian and non VEGETARIAN options. Saturday will be American cuisine. accommodations will be made based on dietary restrictions/preferences.
