located in the heart of Downtown Asheville an easy walk to shops and restaurants. This Hotel is a five minute drive/twenty minute walk to the funkatorium (Thursday PM venue location). It is a ten minute drive from the Grove Park Inn (Friday/Saturday Venue location).
A Shuttle from the hotel to all events will be available.

The Grove Park Inn is the location for all events on Friday and Saturday. A Shuttle service will be provided on Thursday for the Welcome Party. All other events are on the Grounds of the Grove Park Inn.
A Shuttle from the Grove Park Inn to the welcome party will be available on Thursday.

Shuttle Service

To ensure hassle-free transportation, we have arranged for a bus to pick up our guests from the Renaissance and bring them directly to the venue. We highly recommend using the shuttle service. Self parking at the omni is $35 per day and Valet parking is $45. Please See Below for the Tentative Shuttle Schedule

Thursday, September 10

  • 7 PM: Two separate shuttles looping; one from the omni and one from the renaissance; travel to Funkatorium.

  • 9 PM: Return Shuttle service begins back to Omni and Renaissance hotels

Friday, September 11

  • 7 AM: Buses start from Renaissance Hotel to the Omni Grove Park inn for Haldi event

  • 11 AM: Buses start return service From Omni Grove Park Inn Back to Renaissance Hotel

  • 3:15 PM: Buses Start from Renaissance Hotel to the Omni Grove Park inn for Baraat/Shaadi/Sangeet

  • 9 pM: Buses start return service From Omni Grove Park Inn Back to Renaissance Hotel

Saturday, September 12
